My journey in May included a meandering trek through the White Mountains or New Hampshire to the Beautiful Green Mountains of Vermont to the Berkshires of Massachusetts. While it rained most of my trip away from North Conway New Hampshire, it did nothing to dampen my spirits and if anything added drama to the scenery. After a wonderful week visiting with my Mom in Pennsylvania, I headed to Virginia for another leg of my spring trek. This led me to the beautiful Shenandoah National Park. Between the rain, fog, magnificent vistas and of course Momma and Baby bear, it was a wonderful trip. From there my camera greeted a magnificent sunset across the Ohio River in Louisville and finally a full moon over the farming landscape of Wisconsin.

I hope you have enjoyed my pics and travels. Until next time!

As I pack to get ready to leave tomorrow, I reflect on the many waterfalls, the trip to the ocean and the comfort I felt while roaming the woods in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.. Tomorrow, I am going to meander to the Berkshires of Massachusetts for a night and then journey on towards Pennsylvania for a week with Mom and the family. But never fear, my camera is going with me! Tomorrow I already know where I am eating breakfast and I have a few photographic treats for you as well. Meander means look for photographic opportunities while traveling on roads I have never explored. It should be fin.

I took today off photographically, (this the Lighthouse and ocean shots above!) I relaxed – walking the strip in North Conway, treating myself to a steak dinner and buying a few trinkets for my refrigerator (the outside! I collect travel magnets!) I also spent more time in the woods, sat and stared at the river for awhile and attempted to work on my farmer’s tan since it got up to 77 here in New Hampshire.

Stay tuned and make sure you check out the shots in the gallery!
