As the late and lamented Dan Fogelberg said, “I bring you greetings from the West!”

Well it is day 4 of my three week photographic journey through the West on my way to the 2015 AEJMC National Conference in San Francisco.  Throughout my journey I will add photos to this blog and add a few anecdotes and descriptions of my journey. Today, according to my Fitbit, I walked over 9 miles in and around Zion National Park. While it was 98 degrees, it was also incredibly clear with a nice breeze and not too crowded. The Virgin River really did a number on that canyon. It is amazing that a not so big river could form such an amazing canyon.
