On December 26th, 2019 I attempted to drive to Silverton, Colorado from Durango on Highway 550. For those of you who know the road - not a good idea if you are only driving a Ford Fusion Hybrid. I turned around a few miles north of Purgatory Resort. The payoff? This sunset!
